The system is like this..

1. The date on the XBox must be current
2. We buy real estate
3. Save and exit the game
4. Change the date on the XBox at least a year ahead
5. We load, wait a couple of minutes .. profit will come
6. Save and exit the game
7. Change the date back on the XBox to the current one
8. Loading .. money will remain 🙂
